Building Excellence: Jasmine Clark
June 22th, 2026
Since joining Florida State University in March 2025, Clark has become a dependable resource for staff, assisting with payroll, separations, new hires, and a variety of administrative and office responsibilities that help support the Custodial Services team’s services on campus.
In her role, Clark works closely with employees to help ensure day-to-day processes are handled efficiently and that team members have the support they need to provide safe, clean, and sanitary conditions for students, faculty, and staff. Her responsibilities require organization, communication, and a strong focus on helping others.
An average day for Clark includes checking TCP, assisting employees with questions and needs, and helping maintain a positive and welcoming office environment. She says one of the most important parts of her role is creating a safe and supportive space for employees within Custodial Services.
Before joining FSU Facilities, Clark worked as a supervisor at Trulieve, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, customer service, and team management.
Outside of work, Clark stays busy running her small business, Fruitopia Juice Bar LLC, which she works on during weekends. She enjoys the creativity and entrepreneurship that come with owning her own business and balancing it alongside her work at FSU. Family is also an important part of Clark’s life. She is the proud mother of a 10-year-old daughter, who she says is her world.
