Supervises Custodial Staff. Provides training and instruction. Sets goals and objectives and determines workloads. Plans and establishes methods and frequency for cleaning. Communicates with the supervisory chain of command regarding daily operations and personnel related matters. Prepares forms and investigates incidents of on the job accidents/injuries of employees. Maintains accurate and up to date daily attendance and leave records.

Operates and maintains a university mobile carpet cleaning unit to provide specialized floor and upholstery cleaning services across residence halls. Performs carpet cleaning, stain removal, vacuuming, water extraction and restoration, upholstery cleaning, and maintenance of various floor surfaces.

Performs comprehensive custodial cleaning and sanitation services throughout student residential facilities, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, stairwells, entrances, and common areas. Cleans and maintains floors, carpets, furniture, windows, blinds, walls, fixtures, and waste areas through dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and trash removal.

Performs custodial cleaning and sanitation services throughout student residential and common areas, including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, stairwells, entrances, and shared spaces. Dusts, vacuums, sweeps, mops, waxes, and buffs floors; cleans furniture, windows, blinds, walls, and fixtures; removes trash and maintains waste areas.

Performs comprehensive custodial services to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary university facilities, including cleaning and maintaining carpeted, tile, wood, and concrete flooring using specialized equipment and floor care products. Dusts and sanitizes interior surfaces, restrooms, water coolers, furnishings, windows, and common areas, restocks restroom supplies, and removes trash and debris. Maintains custodial equipment, reports maintenance and supply needs, secures facilities, places safety signage as needed, and performs additional custodial duties to support facility operations.

Performs routine and deep custodial cleaning of residential and common areas, including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, student rooms, stairwells, and entrances to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Sweeps, mops, waxes, buffs, dusts, vacuums, removes trash, cleans windows and furnishings, replaces light bulbs, and prepares vacated rooms for occupancy

Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of campus facilities by cleaning and caring for carpets, hard-surface floors, furnishings, restrooms, and common areas. Performs floor maintenance activities including vacuuming, mopping, stripping, sealing, buffing, and operating specialized custodial equipment. Dusts and sanitizes surfaces, replenishes restroom supplies, and removes trash and debris in accordance with safety procedures.

Supervises and participates in custodial operations to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Union complex and associated facilities. Plans and schedules staff assignments, conducts inspections, implements training and cleaning procedures, and ensures compliance with departmental policies, work standards, and university regulations.

Supervises custodial operations by managing Custodial Supervisors, assigning workloads, providing training, and ensuring adherence to established cleaning standards and procedures. Conducts facility inspections to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while coordinating corrective actions, maintenance requests, and special custodial projects.

Performs comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of floors, furniture, and surfaces using various equipment and techniques. Handles restroom sanitation, restocking of supplies, and waste removal (excluding hazardous materials). Maintains custodial equipment, reports maintenance needs, ensures safety, and supports general facility upkeep as assigned.
