Tucked within Florida State University’s Facilities department, the Master Craftsman Studio (MCS) is a place where imagination meets craftsmanship. This spring, a new cohort of four interns has stepped into the studio, bringing fresh perspectives, curiosity, and creativity.
Please be advised that starting July 1, 2026, Facilities will implement updated rates for the rental and setup of tables, chairs, podiums, and trash cans. These adjustments are necessary to support rising operational costs and ensure we continue to provide reliable, high-quality service.
Shane Booker joined the Florida State University community as a member of the Facilities Building Services team in August 2024. Though he’s relatively new to campus, Booker brings a strong work ethic and years of professional experience, demonstrated through his role at the Center for Academic Retention & Enhancement in the Thagard Building.
